SELF-CERTIFICATION
I, Claudio Gaetano Orrea, born in Prato (prov. PO, Italy) on 17 April 1955, Chairman of the Board of Directors and legal representative of the company “TESSILFORM S.p.A.” with its headquarters in Capalle (prov. FI, Italy), Via Gobetti no. 7/9, with a fully paid-up share capital of EUR 1,000,000.00 and tax identification and registration numbers 01580850970 and REA 431485 in the Florence Trade Register, state that TESSILFORM S.p.A. intends to organise the Promotional Operation, which is the subject of the attached Rules and according to the terms and conditions indicated therein. PROMOTIONAL OPERATION

1) Promoter Company
TESSILFORM S.p.A., based in Capalle (prov. FI, Italy), Via Gobetti no. 7/9, with a fully paid-up share capital of EUR 1,000,000.00 and tax identification and registration numbers 01580850970 and REA 431485 (hereinafter also referred to as “the Company”).

2) Purpose of the Operation
The Operation is organized to encourage (i) the recycling of clothes from the previous season and (ii) purchases in the PatriziaPepe stores located at Oudaan 15, 2000 Antwerp and Avenue Louise 15, 1060 Brussels and Kustlaan 215, 8300 Knokke-Heist during the Period indicated.

3) Duration of the Operation
From 28/04/2021 to 26/05/2021 (the “Period”).

4) Territorial validity of the Operation
It is limited to the PatriziaPepe stores located at Oudaan 15, 2000 Antwerp and Avenue Louise 15, 1060 Brussels and Kustlaan 215, 8300 Knokke-Heist.

5) Persons concerned by the Operation and criteria
a) Natural persons of legal age who, during the Operation participation Period, return PatriziaPepe branded clothing from seasons prior to the current season, i.e. the Spring/Summer 2021 season, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 6) below. Please read carefully the terms and conditions of the Operation detailed in point 6) below;
b) Persons under 18 years of age may not participate in the Operation.

6) Terms and Conditions of the Operation
Without prejudice to what has already been stipulated in the previous Articles 3 (duration), 4 (territorial validity) and 5 (persons concerned by the Operation and criteria), the conditions of this Promotional Operation are as follows:
i) return to one of the stores indicated in Article 4 above, of 1 (one) item of PatriziaPepe clothing from the collections prior to the current season (Spring/Summer 2021), in good condition (hereinafter “Objective”);
ii) the return is limited to a maximum of 3 (three) PatriziaPepe garments from the collections prior to the current season (Spring/Summer 2021), in good condition;
iii) excluded from this Operation are PatriziaPepe accessories and shoes from past collections;
iv) this promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts;
v) this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.

7) Prize of the Operation
At the time the Objective is reached, the Operation confers a right to:
• obtain a 15% (fifteen percent) discount (hereinafter “Discount”) for each apparel item returned,
• the Discount must be used immediately at the same store and therefore at the same time as the Objective has been attained,
• to purchase, with a Discount, a PatriziaPepe apparel item from the Spring-Summer 2021 collection belonging to the same product category (for example: Participant returns a skirt; the Discount can be used to purchase a new skirt).
Once the Objective is reached, the Participant:
• may obtain a maximum of 3 (three) Discounts (one Discount per garment returned) as the maximum number of garments that can be returned is 3 (three), as provided for in Article 6, ii) above;
• the Discount cannot be used to purchase accessories or shoes;
• it will not be possible to accumulate multiple discounts to purchase a single PatriziaPepe garment from the Spring-Summer 2021 collection.
For example, if the Participant returns 2 garments, he or she will earn two Discounts that can be used immediately at the same store and therefore at the same time as he or she has reached the Objective to purchase 2 (and NOT ONE) items of PatriziaPepe clothing from the Spring-Summer 2021 collection. It will not be possible to use two Discounts (15% + 15%) for the purchase of a single garment.
The Prize amount cannot be used on a date other than the date on which the Objective will be reached. In case of non-use, partial or total, of the Prize, it will lose its value and validity.
The amount of the Prize may not be converted into cash or credited to a credit card.
The number of Prizes is not limited, as the Prize will be awarded to any person who fulfils the conditions indicated in these Rules. The total value of the Operation cannot be estimated as the Discount percentage – 15% – applies to PatriziaPepe clothing, the prices of which vary depending on the type of clothing.
The Company GUARANTEES that in all cases the Prizes will be awarded to those Participants in the Operation who meet the criteria set out in Articles 5) and 6) above as well as the conditions set out in these Rules.

8) Awarding of the Prize
After verifying that all the conditions for participation in the Operation have been met, the Company will confirm the validity of the Prize and make it available for use at the time the Objective has been reached.

9) Deposit
The Company declares that it did not have to provide the deposit referred to in Article 7 of Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001 to guarantee the payment of the Prizes, since the Prizes will be awarded at the same time as the minimum purchase is made.

10) Free participation
Participation in the Operation is free.

11) Advertising
Advertising for the Operation shall be in strict accordance with these Rules. It will be done through banners and advertising communications on the Company’s Instagram profile and website, via email and any other means deemed appropriate for the dissemination of the message, without prejudice to privacy regulations.

12) Means and modalities of consultation of the Rules
The complete Rules of the Operation will be made available to Participants on the website www.patriziapepe.com under the heading “Legal information”.

13) Guarantees and obligations
The Promotional Operation is carried out in accordance with Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001 and with the indications provided by Circular no. 1/AMTC of 28 March issued by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
