Shipping and Returns
During the purchase, you can choose the shipping method more suitable for you:
Standard shipping the shipping is free with the purchase of at least an item from the New Collection.
Express shipping this shipping has an additional cost and a delivery time of around 24 hours.
Pick-up in Store you can choose to deliver your parcel for free at one of our boutiques (excluding Outlet).
With the standard shipping, your order will be delivered within approximately 48/72 hours after the courier picks it up from our warehouse.
For islands, delivery always requires an extra day.
For United States, Canada and Russia, the average delivery time is 7 working days.
For Hong Kong, the average delivery time is around 3 working days.
You can return your order within 14 days
from the delivery.
Make sure the items you return are in their original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
In case you would like to change colour or size, you will have to proceed with a new order after returning the items you would like to substitute (we do not switch directly).

Return to a boutique
Simply return your parcel to the boutique and the staff will take care of the process for you.
You can choose to return your parcel by yourself
If you are a registered user, login into your account in the order section and create the return label from here
In case you made your purchase as a guest user, see the dedicated section in the website footer Order Status and search for the order containing the product(s) for which you wish to make a return.
Here how to make your return:
- Select the product(s) you want to return
- Select one from the available options to justify your return
- Confirm the process and you will receive via e-mail the return label to be downloaded and printed. Stick it on the original box (or on another equally sturdy box) and cover the original shipment label.
- Book the courier UPS according to your availability
- If you selected Standard shipping, book with UPS calling 078-250-877 according to your availability or book online your return here
- If you selected Express shipping, book with FedEx calling 02 752 75 75 according to your availability or book online your return here
Your return will be processed within 3 working days from parcel delivery to our warehouse. You will be refunded with the same payment method as the one used to make the original purchase; the time it takes for you to receive your refund varies according to credit institute. You will only be refunded for the purchased product, any costs incurred for shipment or other additional services will not be refunded.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you without receiving the refund.
