Shipping and Returns

Shipping Methods
During the purchase, you can choose the following shipping method:

Express shipping has an additional cost of CHF 35,00 per order and a delivery time of around 24 hours.


Delivery time

With the standard shipping, your order will be delivered within approximately 48/72 hours after the courier picks it up from our warehouse.

For islands, delivery always requires an extra day.

For United States, Canada and Russia, the average delivery time is 7 working days.

For Hong Kong, the average delivery time is around 3 working days.


Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days from the delivery.

Make sure the items you return are in their original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

In case you would like to change colour or size, you will have to proceed with a new order after returning the items you would like to substitute (we do not switch directly).

How to return your parcel

In case you made your purchase as a guest user, see the dedicated section in the website footer Order Status and search for the order containing the product(s) for which you wish to make a return.


    Here how to make your return:
    1. Select the product(s) you want to return
    2. Select one from the available options to justify your return
    3. Insert the parcel quantity you will use to ship back your order: 1 will be enough!
    4. Confirm the process and you will receive via e-mail the return label to be dowloaded and printed. Stick it on the original box (or on another equally sturdy box) and cover the original shipment label.
    5. Book the courier according to your availability

Refund policy
Your return will be processed within 3 working days from parcel delivery to our warehouse. You will be refunded with the same payment method as the one used to make the original purchase; the time it takes for you to receive your refund varies according to credit institute. You will only be refunded for the purchased product, any costs incurred for shipment or other additional services will not be refunded.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you without receiving the refund.
