Shipping Information - Europe
During the product purchase process you can select the shipping method you prefer (shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays):
Standard Shipping is free in Europe with the purchase of at least one non-promotion item. Your order will be delivered approximately within 7 to 10 business days after the courier picks it up from our warehouses.
In-store pick-up You can choose to have your order delivered free of charge to one of our boutiques (not Outlet stores) listed. Check at check-out to find out in which boutiques the service is active.

• CANADA – Express shipping has a cost of 75$ and a delivery time of around 7 working days.
• USA – Express shipping has a cost of 35$ and a delivery time of around 7 working days. For orders over 2500 USD, customers must provide form 5106 for customs operations.
• HONG KONG – Express shipping has a cost of 300HKD and a delivery time of around 3 working days.
• SWITZERLAND – Express shipping has an additional cost of CHF35,00 and a delivery time of around 24 hours.
• GREAT BRITAIN – Express shipping has an additional cost of £11,00 and a delivery time of around 48 hours.
• NORWAY – Express shipping has an additional cost of NOK300,00 and a delivery time of around 48 hours.
How to track the shipment
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with all the shipping details. Clicking on the "Track Order" in the e-mail received will allow you to monitor the status of the delivery.
