Whistleblowing
The term Whistleblowing refers to the institution that protects the person who reports unlawful conduct or irregularities committed inside the organisation and which he/she witnessed in the performance of duties.
Tessilform S.p.A., in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 - implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 - on the protection of persons who report breaches of the law in work contexts, makes available a special procedure for handling reports.
